Our Carbon Kevlar product is all hand Laid and vacuum infused, on our first layer you find a clear UV protective Polished Gel coat finish, behind that you’ll find 1 layer of 2x2 twin weave Carbon Kevlar, for extra reinforcement we’ve added a layer of 3oz chopped mat Fiberglass and a rear finishing cloth layer.
The skeleton structure of these doors is 100% FRP, these have also been threaded to receive your stock window regulator plates just like OEM.
