Alternator 100 Amp High Output 240Z 260Z 280Z 70-78 - Satin

This alternator can be installed in the stock location with only modifying the lower bracket (This is not a stock replacement, requires modification). Manufacturer claims 100-110 amp. One wire hookup requries no modifications to the stock wiring harness or if you are doing a custom install all you need is one wire from the battery directly to the alternator.

New hardware to complete the install is included. Instructions on how to modify the lower bracket will be included. A longer than stock belt is usually necessary.

This alternator will not charge below 2400 alternator rpm, or about 800 engine rpm.  A smaller pulley can be used on the alternator for charging under 800 engine rpm.  The charge wire from the alternator to the battery should be 8 gauge.
