Radium Engineering SAE Fuel Level Sender 0-90 ohm 11.7in

Installation:

1. Slide the included gasket over the probe to the underside of the sender mounting
flange. Line up the holes in the gasket with the holes in the sender mounting flange (the
SAE hole pattern is not evenly spaced).
2. Use the included mounting screws with the plastic sealing washers installed under the
heads. NOTE: the sealing washer s are NOT required for Radium 20-049X-XX FCST. Insert
the screws into the mounting flange and through the rubber gasket.
3. Place the sender into position on the fuel cell and line up the mounting bolts with the
threaded holes. If installing into a Radium Fuel Cell Surge Tank, orient according to the
picture shown below.
4. Torque the mounting bolts to 15-20 in-lb in an alternating crisscross pattern.
5. Assemble the mating Deutsch connector to complete the electrical (wires not
included).
