This is a DOT (US Department of Transportation) compliant clutch line system using Teflon stainless mesh material. This time, we have newly adopted DOT (US Department of Transportation) compliant parts.
This is a part called a whip guard attached to the joint between the hose and the hose end, which dramatically improves the durability of the part that is usually considered the weakest. The hose is Teflon stainless mesh, and the end is made of steel/unichrome plating, and is precisely and securely crimped by a press machine. In addition, each hose is carefully inspected, and a pressure of 250 kg/cm2 or more is applied to check for leakage. In addition, the quality is improved by applying a nylon black coating. DOT (US Department of Transportation) is a harsh elastic durability that clears 800 rpm/35 hours with a pressure of 16.5 kg/cm2 applied to the brake line. It is a system that ensures safety by durability testing assuming long-term use, such as whether the joint between the hose and the hose end will not break.
