Specifications/Notes: ■Type 1: Steel fitting ■Type 2: Stainless steel fitting ■Internal material: Teflon ■Usually permissible temperature range -53℃~232℃ ■Black nylon coating treatment
This is a Teflon brake line that uses Teflon material and has excellent heat resistance and durability. The quality of the Teflon hose has also been improved with a nylon black coating. The fitting materials are also excellent in cost performance, using different materials: type 1 steel and type 2 stainless steel.

■Black nylon coating treatment This is a DOT (U.S. Department of Transportation) compliant brake line system using Teflon stainless steel mesh material.
This time, we have newly adopted parts that comply with DOT (US government Department of Transportation standards). A component called a whip guard is attached to the joint between the hose and the hose end, dramatically improving the durability of the part that is usually considered the weakest. The hose is made of Teflon stainless steel mesh, and the end is made of steel/unichrome plated and precisely and securely crimped with a press. In addition, each tube is carefully inspected, applying pressure of over 250 kg/cm2 to ensure there are no leaks. Furthermore, we have improved the quality with nylon black coating. DOT (U.S. Department of Transportation Standard) is a brake line that has passed the harsh elastic durability test of 800rpm/35 hours with a pressure of 16.5Kg/cm2 applied to the brake line. This is a system that ensures safety through durability tests that assume long-term use, such as whether the joint between the hose and the hose end is damaged.
