M&M Honda CIVIC FD2 shift wire rigid collar

This is an aluminum shift wire rigid collar that eliminates play in the neutral position of the shift lever, allows you to accurately grasp the position of the shift gauge, and allows you to change gears with the feeling of an FR transmission (S2000). Consists of two large and small aluminum collars: side stroke and shift stroke. Each shift position can be clearly identified and the shift change operation can be performed directly, and the shift feel is as direct as if it had been shortened. Since you can feel the position of the shift straight and there is no ambiguity in the shift position, you can reduce shift errors to the maximum. The shift lever no longer has a ``squiggly feeling'' or ``the ambiguity of shifting into any gear,'' and the severe shifting sensation is pleasant, allowing you to shift up and down with confidence, especially when cornering. The effect will be doubled when installed together with the reinforced clutch pedal and shift bracket rigid collar.

*Due to individual differences, it may be difficult to enter reverse gear, but this has been improved.

The two large and small shift wire rigid collars are replaced by removing the genuine rubber collar. For replacement, please use the special tool sold separately. When replacing the shift wire, make sure that the shift wire installation and tightening is working properly. The caulking may be broken due to metal fatigue. In that case, the wire itself needs to be replaced.
