A transmission swap is an inevitable modification for those taking their L-Series engine build as far as possible. One of the better swaps that works with the L-Series engine is the 71C type transmission, which are commonly found attached to ka24 engines or in non-turbo 84-89 300ZX's.
Unfortunately, the factory transmission crossmember is not compatible with C-Style transmissions. This strengthened crossmember is designed to take care of this issue while withstanding the additional power of a performance built Z-Car. Includes urethane mount bushings. Compatible with standard transmission mount (not included)

For use with C-Style transmissions only. Not compatible with A-Style or B-Style transmissions.

All Kameari products were originally Special Order items with a 6-8 week timeframe to arrive from Japan (they were incorrectly listed online as taking 3-4 weeks). We were recently able to work out a better deal with them that allowed us to lower our price on all of their products while speeding up the shipping time to us.
